Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?
A: Yes, you can cancel at any time prior to the 30-day money back guarantee. If the product was shipped out, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
What is your return policy?
A: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original contents, tags, and labels attached. How long does delivery take?
A: Your order will be processed within 7-10 business days after it has been placed. Depending on the delivery address, shipping transit times vary from 7-14 days after order is processed and shipped. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please expect some delays in receiving your order.
My order has shipped; where can I track it?

What do I do if I have placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email?

How do I go about returning an item?
A: To return an item, please email us at Returns@FusionGuardCook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. After receiving the RMA number and shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof or purchase and the return form provided and ship the package back to the address that is provided in the email. If using external packaging, make sure to pack safely and remove any old shipping information or labels from this package.
How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the process of refunding your payment to your credit card (or original form or payment). Please allow at least twenty business (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Do I pay for the cost of shipping for my return?
A: For all return shipments shipping and handling costs must be covered by the customer. Please keep a record of your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund for items that we do not receive. What if I simply want to exchange the product? We want you to enjoy your cooking experience. Should your product arrive defective, damaged, or missing parts, please reach out to us at CustomerService@FusionGuardCook.com and we will gladly help with an exchange.
